Terms of Service
These terms describe how we work together on website design, development, hosting, and ongoing support.
Scope of Services
Each project begins with a written summary of deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work outside that summary is quoted separately before it begins.
Membership Pricing and Payment
Our standard website is offered as a monthly membership: $150 per month for the first 12 months, then $100 per month afterward. There is no large upfront website fee for the standard plan. The membership includes the design and build of your website, secure managed hosting, maintenance, and ongoing minor updates. Ecommerce, advanced integrations, paid third-party services, and unusually large websites are quoted separately. Membership is billed monthly and may be cancelled with notice.
Client Responsibilities
Clients provide business content, images, and timely feedback. You confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply.
Ownership and Support
Upon final payment, you own the content and design of your website. Support clients receive the maintenance and update hours described in their plan.
